Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and once we receive the item, we will refund the amount of the item. We do not refund the original shipping cost. If the item is returned damaged, or not in the original condition in which it was received, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
Some items are exempt from being returned. Items that are customized cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, send us an email at woodenheartsmailer@gmail.com with pictures showing the damages, shipping box, etc. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
